How are the products made?
ceLEBrations by Stanton’s products are carefully sourced and custom-designed by hand, made to order; products enter the production queue once an order is placed.

Where do I include custom instructions?
After adding an item to your cart, please use the 'SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS' box on the 'MY CART' page to provide names, dates, customizations, and any relevant details.

Do you create custom designs?
YES! Lauren is has been educated in fine arts and graphic design and loves to design something new. There is also an options of Design ONLY without ordering products. Please see services for more info.

Can you put my design on any product?

YES! Lauren can utilize any design you provide.

Do you provide mock-ups?
YES! for all requests not shown on the website, ceLEBrations by stanton will email a digital mockup within 5-7 days of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If a mockup is required, ceLEBrations by Stanton will provide it within 5-7 days of receiving your order. Once the mockup is approved, your custom item will be created and shipped within 10-14 business days. Delivery time will then depend on standard USPS or UPS shipping guidelines.

Returns or Exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of this shop, returns and exchanges are not an option at this time. If Lauren's customers are not satisfied, they should feel comfortable letting her know. Lauren will do everything she can to ensure a positive experience.

Can I purchase a gift card for your shop?
YES! They can be purchased easily, and the recipient can provide any custom details when placing their order.
