HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?
ceLEBrations by stanton’s handmade products are made to order, which means once the order is placed, it will enter the production queue. Please respect that items are made with care as quickly as possible.

WHERE DO I PUT MY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?
Once an item is added to your cart, you will see a box labeled "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" on the "MY CART" page. Please include name(s), dates, customization or any details you need me to know right there.

WHAT IF I HAVE A UNIQUE REQUEST?
Amazing! I love special requests. If I can make it happen, I will. Before you order a special item, questions are welcomed.
I aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.  

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT MY SPECIAL REQUEST WILL LOOK LIKE?
For all requests not shown on the website, ceLEBrations by stanton will email a digital mockup within 5-7 days of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If a mockup is necessary, ceLEBrations by stanton will send mockup within 5-7 days of placing order.
Following mockup approval, the item will be created within 7-10 business days and shipped out immediately.
Nationwide shipping can be expedited per UPS/USPS guidelines. 

WHERE DO I ADD CUSTOM PERSONALIZATION TO MY ORDER?
When checking out, you will see an “Order special instructions” section. Please include personalization notes there.

HOW DO I ORDER SOMETHING COMPLETELY CUSTOM?

IF I AM LOCAL, CAN I AVOID SHIPPING COSTS?

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the made-to-order nature of this shop, returns & exchanges are not an option at this time. If you are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, please tell me.
